This week at STAR, the members have been sewing small cushions they have designed and
colouring velvet art brought in for them.
Members have been working very hard on the garden and it looks fantastic!
Ann had a very nice birthday, and everyone enjoyed playing party games and eating party
food!
Next week during a STAR session, members will be going on a trip to Blackpool Zoo. They
are really excited about it. There will also be Bingo and a quiz on Ice Cream. Tombola and
Lucky Dips will be starting from Monday for members and visitors to enjoy.

This week at STAR, the members went to Blackpool Zoo. They really had a blast seeing the
animals and enjoying the beautiful Blackpool sunshine.
Helen had her birthday this week at STAR. We all enjoyed games and cake to celebrate!
The garden is coming on beautifully. Projects are still underway so members can have their
own areas to plant seeds and grow whatever they like.
Next week at STAR, there will be a lot of crafts to enjoying including biscuit decorating and
colouring. Bingo will on Thursday as usual and the quiz will be based on Back To The
Future.
